| Changes to the Addison Lee Booking Site |

Hi Javote,
We are writing to let you know about a planned update to the Addison Lee booking site.
As part of this update, the booking site will be updated with a new interface whilst remaining available at the same web address you currently use to book and manage journeys.
As a result of this change, the booking site may be slower than usual, between 02:00 and 03:00 on Tuesday 22nd September, whilst we update our systems.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this planned maintenance may cause.
Following the update, the booking site will look different when you next visit.
To help you recognise the legitimate Addison Lee booking site and understand what to expect, we have included an example of the updated layout below.

Your Addison Lee account details remain unchanged. All core booking functionality continues to be available.
Changes to how you use the booking site
When using the updated booking site, you may notice the following changes:
• Return journeys are now entered within the same booking process.
• The flight search process for airport journeys has changed.
• Passenger contact details can be entered differently when arranging travel for others.
• The site layout has been updated across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Accessing the previous booking experience
We recognise that some customers may prefer to continue using the current booking experience whilst they become familiar with the updated site.
For a limited period following the update, a banner will appear at the top of the updated booking site allowing you to return temporarily to the previous version.
