Many of you receiving this email have been Mintronics and Alibre customers for a number of years, and we know that a large proportion of Atom users are very happy with the software they already own.
One of the reasons we have always liked Alibre is its perpetual licensing. You own your licence and can choose whether or not to take annual maintenance. For many of our customers particularly hobbyists, model engineers, sole traders and smaller businesses that flexibility is important.
There are no general Alibre promotions running at present, but we wanted to do something specifically for our existing Atom customers.
We approached Alibre and negotiated a special 25% discount for Mintronics Atom customers who would like to move up to Alibre Design Professional.

It is worthwhile for those customers who have not renewed their Atom maintenance this year but may be considering a return to maintenance.
Rather than simply returning your Atom licence to maintenance, the Atom upgrade gives you the opportunity to move up to the considerably more capable Alibre Design Professional, while also receiving a full year of maintenance at the Professional level as part of the package.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with staying with Atom if it continues to do everything you need. Your licence is perpetual and that choice remains yours.
We simply wanted to make sure our Atom customers had a genuinely worthwhile upgrade option available if their CAD requirements have developed.
