The Meridian Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) phone and fax lines are currently down due to planned maintenance being performed in the area. This maintenance has caused interruptions to business services, affecting the ability to receive incoming calls and faxes.

Go to the nearest ER. Notify VA within 72 hours of an ER visit via the Emergency Care Reporting Portal or call 844-724-7842  (TTY: 711).
