Did anyone win the third and final leaders' debate on Wednesday night? Short answer: not really, according to Raphaël Melançon.
But there was one obvious loser, Melançon writes for The Gazette: Christine Fréchette. The incumbent premier was, by all evidence, unable to turn things around amid recent polls suggesting her party has lost ground.
Fréchette needed to score big, but ended up falling flat multiple times.
