(If you want to fly private like Grant, come to my live event next week and I’ll show you how to afford it for every flight.)
Less than a year ago he sold another jet. The internet started celebrating his downfall. Because obviously he was desperate for cash since Bitcoin was down.
But what nobody realized is he immediately bought an even bigger jet. I think it was $10 million more.
When Grant bought his first jet, he claimed 100% depreciation in year one and used it to wipe out tens of millions in taxes.
A few years later he had another huge tax bill, so he did it again. He literally HAD to upgrade to a bigger jet in order to reduce his taxes.
And now he’s doing it yet again, less than a year later.
Here’s what you need to learn from Grant…
Most people save their money, pay their taxes, and invest whatever is left over. If they come up short, they use credit to pay for the things they want.
The wealthy do the exact opposite. They use credit to acquire assets, those assets give them depreciation they use to reduce their tax bill, and then their assets fund their life.
The money they would have sent to the IRS goes into assets instead.
And this is the part most investors miss.
Grant isn't just trying to find investments with a higher return.
He's engineering the entire system around his money so the same dollars can do more than one job.
His assets create depreciation. The depreciation reduces taxes. The tax savings leave him with more capital to deploy. Credit gives him access to liquidity without necessarily selling the assets.
That's Wealth Engineering.
Instead of asking, “What investment can give me a higher return?” you start asking, “How can I make my entire financial system produce a better result?"
The good news is you can use this exact strategy for yourself and you don’t need to sell a private jet to do it.
Next Thursday, I’m doing a live workshop where I’ll show you how Wealth Engineering uses assets, credit and tax strategy together to speed up your wealth accumulation without earning a single dollar more.
You can grab your spot here.
And the important thing is, these tax moves need to be made this year, not next April. So don't wait, join that call and learn this strategy now so you have time to execute.
See you there.
