SafeTrit tubes are built to replace the radioactive tritium vials that go in knife handles, flashlight slots and zipper pulls — without the hazards, the shipping restrictions or the decay. No tritium is being sold here. Each tube is a UGM phosphor core, the same compound as our UGM line, sealed in thermally strengthened polycarbonate built for heavy drops and everyday friction.

The part that matters: it charges from light, and it recharges endlessly. Tritium fades as it decays. The UGM core is engineered to last for decades. It is also 100% non-toxic — safe against your skin, and on things your kids might touch.

We had overstock titanium and made marlin spikes with what was left. Grade 5, 5.45″ long and 2.5 ounces — tapered for pinpoint work on knots, and stout enough to take the heavy lifting.

Three Nichia LEDs at 4000K behind a Carclo TIR optic, for up to 2,000 lumens of warm, ultra-wide flood — tapering after a 60-second timer to manage heat. 82mm long in the 18350 configuration, 5.43 oz with the battery, on a 25mm head.

A true mechanical tail switch with zero standby drain, half-clicks to change modes, mode memory, no noticeable PWM flicker, and low-voltage protection at 2.9V. Ships with an 18350 battery and a 1A quick charger. Stonewash or Machine Finish — the Beadblast is already gone.
