Ggg, what are you in the mood for?

We're kind of in the mood to see some EPIC GAINS, so why not bring back our BIGGEST WINNER OF 2025?

LET'S RECAP: When we first alerted this Under-the-Radar mineral mining stock last year, then trading on the OTC as JUPGF, we TOLD YOU it could go VIRAL.

583% TOTAL GAINS later, it has...in spades!

We also told you that this stock had it's eyes on UPLISTING to the the NASDAQ Exchange.

And as you know...it HAS!

And now it's CHEAPER than EVER.

So what if we told you it may not be like that for long?

WE ARE ISSUING AN IMMEDIATE ALERT ON ATCX FOR TOMORROW!

Devoted members will remember that ATCX's used to trade as JUPGF on the OTCQB before uplisting to the NASDAQ.

Yet, even with the uplist that put it in front of SO MANY NEW EYES, ATCX is still considered an UNDER-THE-RADAR Hidden Gem in the Critical Minerals Mining Industry.

Atlas Critical Minerals Corporation (NASDAQ: ATCX) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on critical minerals projects and properties in Brazil.

ATCX's portfolio principally includes mineral properties for rare earths, graphite, uranium, titanium, copper and nickel, all of which are commonly considered to be "critical minerals" or "strategic minerals".

ATCX controls more than 218,000 hectares of mineral rights, a revenue-generating iron ore operation that commenced shipments in late 2025, plus a quartzite operation.

ATCX believes that they hold the largest portfolio of critical minerals exploration properties in Brazil among all publicly traded companies!

THE GRAPHITE DISCOVERY JUST GOT A LOT BIGGER...

In July, ATCX dropped a BOMBSHELL:

ATCX announced strong initial results from the maiden diamond drilling program at its 100%-owned Graphite Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Drilling at the first of the Project’s three mineral tenements has now been completed, with all 20 drill holes intersecting graphite mineralization – a 100% success rate.

This is on top of the 11-kilometer graphite corridor they consolidated in March with RECORD 19.4% graphitic carbon surface results!

And remember — earlier testing already achieved 99.9995% carbon purity, meeting nuclear-grade specifications. This graphite is WORLD CLASS.

graphit

With China controlling 77% of the world's graphite production and the U.S. having ZERO active graphite mines — the strategic value of what ATCX is sitting on cannot be overstated.

Graphite plays a critical role in steel production, automotive manufacturing, lubricants, and battery technology—particularly as the anode material in most lithium-ion batteries.

Brazil is a favorable democratic ally of the USA and a healthy supply could truly benefit ATCX!

ATCX HAS NEVER LET US DOWN. READY FOR A NEW BREAKOUT RALLY?
So why did we predict such an INSANE Triple-Digit Gain in the past?

Well..one of the most attractive elements of ATCX was its TINY FLOAT of just 1.3 MIL shares last year.   We are not sure what the Float is today.

BUT as we've all learned - ATCX moves FAST AND FURIOUS! ⚡⚡⚡

And now that it's cheaper than ever with a Descending Triangle BREAKOUT Pattern and INSANE UPSIDE of up to 378% post-split and a MONSTEROUS 1,509% Pre-Split!!!!

So just like EVERY TIME before, REMEMBER THIS EMAIL. Because we're here near the SAME 52 Week Lows ATCX has rallied from in the past!

So if history is any barometer, we could be in for another WILD RIDE!

THE BOTTOM LINE
Going all the way back to the days when JUPGF was lighting up the OTC for Triple-Digit Gains, ATCX has always been a proven winner for members. NO ONE can dispute that.

Now trading back nearly to where it started - could $2.93 be the bottom before the next Parabolic move?

Since our last alert, H.C. Wainwright issued a BUY Rating with a $13.75 target. ThinkEquity says BUY. The average analyst target is $23.58. Citadel's Kenneth Griffin owns 6%.

And they just drilled 20 for 20 on graphite with world-class intercepts in a market where China dominates supply and the U.S. has NOTHING.

Ggg, always remember where you heard of this stock first! 🫵🫵🫵
