Denver police are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead near Commons Park on Thursday.

A 33-year-old man is missing after he was last seen in Denver’s Washington-Virginia Vale neighborhood in early September, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

Preliminary testing found “a powerful narcotics-related substance not approved for human use or consumption,” Denver Department of Public Safety officials said.

A train conductor blew the horn when they saw a man walking alongside the train tracks in Greeley, before the train struck and killed the man. 

The harassment included students showing the teen a video with racial slurs and reenacting the video in front of him.
