We’re excited to welcome bestselling author Eve Chase to our Southwark Fire Station bakery to celebrate her latest novel, The Secret Thread.

It's a story of family secrets, obsession and a mysterious death at a glittering summer party in 1969. Celebrated designer and style icon Mimi Mott, along with her new assistant Jo O’Mara, sets out to uncover the truth behind a life of secrets, one thread at a time.

Enjoy a cinnamon bun on us as you settle in for an evening of books and conversation. There’ll be time for your questions, photographs and a book signing with Eve.

All guests will also receive a tote bag and bookmark to take home.
