17-ounce Herculite vinyl, joined by ultrasonic welding instead of thread — inherently water resistant. It was built to a private customer’s contract requirements, and that batch number, Z110, is right there in the name.

46.5 liters, or 2,800 cubic inches. The main compartment is 19 inches tall and extends to 28, with a front pouch isolated from it to secure sensitive gear. A screw-in one-way valve lets trapped air out, and it carries on a cargo handle and an adjustable sternum strap. 2.5 pounds empty.

DUB — Armada-Weave Utility Bag

Non-stretch Armada-Weave reinforced sail, with a high tensile strength to weight ratio. 12 x 9 x 7.5 inches and 13 ounces, with two big side pockets and double YKK coil zippers on all three compartments.

Seat-belt-strap handles wrap all the way around the bag, plus an oversized carry handle and two Velcro panels. It is highly water resistant, not waterproof. Tools, drones, cables, toiletries, camping utensils or lunch.

It started after a shopping trip with a frilly reusable bag, so we made a durable one. XPAC®, the sailmaking material that is inherently waterproof and weatherproof, on 2-inch seat belt webbing handles. We weight tested it with more than 5,000 rounds of 9mm.

17 inches tall, 13 long and 7.5 wide, and 15 ounces — 20% lighter than the old nylon version. It ships vacuum packed, and it makes a good grab-and-go bag to keep next to the safe.

R4A — Ready 4 Action D2 Fixed Blade (Contour-Tex Carbon Fiber)

Carbon fiber scales machined in our proprietary five-step Contour-Tex process — the texture and color change depending on the angle you see them from. Fastened with three titanium bolts.

The design comes from the original EOD Breacher Bar we launched in 1998: a 3.65-inch D2 high carbon steel blade, 0.185 inches wide for stoutness, 8.6 inches overall. It rides in a molded Kydex sheath with a quick-release clip and a one-to-two-inch adjustable ride height. Serial numbered 1 to 500.

D2 Stub 2.0 — Titanium Frame Lock, Carbon Fiber

A 1.85-inch D2 tool steel blade on a titanium frame lock, 3.64 inches overall and 1.7 ounces. Solid 2K carbon fiber handle scales, and every blade carries a serial number.

The titanium clip is reversible for left- or right-hand carry.
