Clavicular's accuser drops sexual assault claims from civil lawsuit amid Massachusetts criminal rape case

A woman who accused “looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular of raping her at his family’s Cape Cod home last May has refiled her civil lawsuit and dropped the sexual assault allegations against him, a move her lawyer said was intended to avoid interfering with a pending Massachusetts criminal case in connection with the encounter.

Clavicular, 20, whose real name is Braden Peters, was charged last month with rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and procuring liquor for someone under 21 years old. He has denied the allegations detailed in the Sept. 8 criminal complaint filed in Orleans District Court in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.

Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, an 18-year-old influencer known online as Alorah or Alorah Ziva, alleged that in May 2025, while she was in Massachusetts, Peters called her an Uber to his family’s Cape Cod house. Once there, she said he got her drunk on vodka while they livestreamed on Twitch and then raped her, according to a criminal complaint from the Chatham Police Department.
