Add avocados to the convo. You can help your clients manage weight. We can help lighten your lift.

A clinical trial of 105 adults with overweight or obesity studied whether eating a daily meal with one avocado would alter body fat distribution compared to not consuming avocado with the same meal for 12 weeks. Findings suggested that daily avocado consumption was associated with a decrease in visceral fat among women.1

The Avocado Nutrition Center funded the study, and although more research is needed to generalize the result to all people, the study adds to a growing body of evidence studying the weight management effects of eating avocados.
