Changes to Keurig Dr Pepper C-suite as energy goals grow

Keurig Dr Pepper has selected Eric Gorli as its president of US Refreshment beverages, replacing Andrew Archambault. Justin Whitmore, KDP's former chief strategy officer, will assume the new position of president of KDP energy, a role created to manage the "substantial growth ahead" anticipated by the company.

Plant-based milks are competing with each other in a market that continues to see new competitors, making it necessary to distinguish themselves in areas such as taste, functionality, nutrition, branding and sustainability, says Christopher Robertson, COO and co-founder of Sproud, a Swedish pea milk manufacturer. Product diversification is one method, says Robertson, who uses Sproud's zero-sugar Barista Zero line as an example.
