Hi,
It is possible, but should be rare, that the historical presence and routing data used to calculate adherence is incorrect at first and then fixed later which would also fix the historical adherence results. That is my best guess as to what you saw happen. If you require further support on this you will need to open a support ticket.

historical adherence is not reflecting right after plotting adherence exemptions in schedule. sometimes it takes 1 day before it reflects in historical adherence data. Or maybe it is normal that it takes 1 day before it reflects in Historical data?
