 WDU Admin Guidelines Staff Report & Public Hearing

We are very pleased to announce that the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Department of Planning and Development, has released the staff report for the revisions to the Board of Supervisors’ Countywide and Tysons Urban Center Workforce Dwelling Unit Administrative Policy Guidelines for public review and comment. The revisions will be presented at a Board of Supervisors’ public hearing on March 18, 2025 at 4:30 PM.

The Board directed staff to prepare the revisions to the Administrative Guidelines with the authorization of revisions to the WDU policies contained within the Comprehensive Plan on December 5, 2023.  The Administrative Guidelines serve as the implementation mechanism for the WDU policies. The proposed revisions incorporate the recently adopted WDU policies and make additional changes to reflect current practice, program needs, and best practices.
