Nicolas Welch, who has worked for JPMorgan Chase since 2017, wasn’t expecting trouble when he questioned CEO Jamie Dimon at a town hall about the bank’s return to office mandate.
Like many at JPMorgan, Welch is upset that all of the bank’s 300,000-plus employees would be required to work in the office full-time, five days a week starting early next month.
