If you’re reading this, thank you. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just subscribed recently, we’re so glad you’re here.
Some of our favorite letters started with a story—about a tricky conversation, a surprising piece of research, or a feeling we thought might resonate with you. We’ve written about everything from dealing with bad bosses to negotiating a raise to confronting your fears both in and outside of work. And through it all, our goal has been the same: to help you navigate the early stages of your career with a little more confidence, clarity, and support.
That’s why it feels bittersweet to share that this week’s issue will be our last.
It’s been a joy to write this newsletter and share ideas we hoped would make your work life a little easier—or at least help you feel less alone in the challenges. We’re so grateful to everyone who’s followed along, responded to our surveys, or reached out to let us know when something struck a chord. Thank you for making space for us in your inbox—and in your career journey.
As for us, we’ll be working on some new projects. You may still see us pop up in your feeds or your inboxes, always in service of helping level up your leadership and your career.
If you’ve enjoyed this newsletter, HBR has lots of other options to keep you up to date on our latest. Our archive will also always be there if you’re ever looking to revisit the early career articles we’ve put out.
