Dear Mighty Red Bird Families,

We hope you had a relaxing and joyful spring break! It’s hard to believe we’re already in the home stretch of the school year.

We also want to share a quick update on an important advocacy opportunity. Excellence at a Crossroads is a reminder that excellent teachers are the heart of FCPS—but the proposed county budget currently underfunds our schools by $150 million. Fully funding FCPS helps keep class sizes manageable and ensures we can attract and retain the outstanding educators our children deserve. The Fairfax County budget priorities survey is open until Thursday, April 24—please take a moment to share your voice.
