
CMS IDM Customers, This message is to inform you that the unplanned outage impacting the Okta MFA email service (via third party service called SendGrid) has been resolved. Note that some users may have also experienced problems receiving MFA codes via SMS text as well (depending upon their cellular provider service).
Users that have not setup a backup/alternate MFA device are encouraged to do so by logging into the IDM or Enterprise Portal websites and going to the My Profile -> Manage MFA Devices section and adding one (or more) backup MFA devices. If support is needed related to this, or other CMS services, please reach out to your application's Tier 1 Help Desk. If you have questions related to this notice, contact the IDM Team.
