Battelle is accepting nominations for the Endorsement and Maintenance (E&M) and Pre-Rulemaking Measure Review (PRMR) committees until 11:59 PM (ET) on May 15, 2025. Use the Partnership for Quality Measurement (PQM) nomination form to nominate yourself or others to one or more committees. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to health care quality!

• Management of Acute Events, Chronic Disease, Surgery, and Behavioral Health 
• Primary Prevention 

E&M committee members play a crucial role in reviewing and rendering endorsement decisions for health care clinical quality and cost/resource use measures, ensuring they are evidence-based, safe, and effective. Nominate Yourself to a PRMR Committee:  

• Clinician 
• Hospital 
• Post-Acute Care/Long-Term Care (PAC/LTC) 

Annually, PRMR committees provide recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the selection of quality and efficiency measures under consideration for use in CMS Medicare programs. For more information, consult the PQM Guidebook of Policies and Procedures for PRMR and MSR. 

 

Note: Measure Set Review (MSR) members, who review measures for continued use in select CMS programs, are selected from PRMR committee members.
