Our 23 April auction achieved over £35m on the fall of the hammer, bringing our total raised so far this year to £300m. A selection of highlighted lots can be viewed below and the full results of the sale can be found here.
Highlights of the sale included a high yielding retail investment, let to Iceland (Lot 110) achieving £1.1m, almost £250k over its guide. A rarely available retail investment opportunity on the Kings Road (Lot 96) sold for £500,000. A mid terrace property in Earlsfield (Lot 4) sold for £905,000 under the hammer, elsewhere, in Brixton a terrace building arranged as 6 self contained flats (Lot 39) sold for £857,000.
