Dear Beech Tree Families,
Staff Appreciation Week is almost here! We invite you to help us celebrate the outstanding teachers and staff who make Beech Tree such a special place. Please check your student’s Wednesday folder for sign-up forms to participate in our potluck and dessert bar.
From Monday, April 28 through Friday, May 2, we’ve planned a week full of thoughtful gestures and fun surprises to show our gratitude. Here’s what’s happening each day:
Monday – Potluck Lunch
Families of PreK–3rd grade students are invited to donate lunch items. Please drop off your dish at the front office by 11 AM. Sign up HERE! A paper form was also sent home in this week’s Wednesday folder.
Tuesday – Flower Day
Bring a flower or a flower drawing to brighten a teacher or staff member’s day!

Wednesday – Noteworthy
Share a handwritten note, card or drawing to tell a staff member why they're so special. A heart-shaped template was included in the Wednesday folder for your convenience.
Thursday – Dessert Bar
Families of 4th and 5th grade students can contribute sweet treats for a dessert bar. Please drop-off donations by 11 AM at the front office. Sign up HERE! A paper form was also included in the Wednesday folder.
Friday – Wear Red Day
Let’s close the week with a bold statement of love and appreciation by having your student wear red!
