Roblox now offers a deactivation feature that allows users to deactivate their account directly from their privacy settings, without the need to contact support. Deactivation disables your user account and hides your user profile. Some information may still be visible to others, such as items you have listed in Roblox Marketplace. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging into Roblox.com.

To deactivate your user account, go to your Roblox privacy settings and select the Deactivate option under Account Deactivation and Deletion.

If you wish to fully delete your account and your information from Roblox, our support team will assist you with that request. Please read through the following information and follow the instructions below, to initiate a Right to be Forgotten request.

In order to submit a data privacy request:
* You must verify ownership of any associated Roblox account
* You must be 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, please have your parent/guardian submit a request on your behalf.
* You must be based in a jurisdiction that offers the requested data privacy right(s). We use a third party provider to verify if you reside in such a jurisdiction.
* **Do not attach or provide your government ID or other proof of residency in this ticket.** Instructions will be sent to users for all valid requests.
To begin reviewing your request, please make sure you have done the following:
* Provided your Roblox username
* Contacted us from a verified email address associated with the Roblox username
* If you are not contacting us from a verified email address associated with the Roblox username, please re-submit your request using this email address
* To ensure the safety and privacy of our users’ information, we may request further verification of ownership of the Roblox account
* If your Roblox account is linked to Xbox or Playstation, please unlink them before we proceed with your request.
* If you are submitting a Right to be Forgotten data privacy request you **must** confirm that you acknowledge the account will be deleted.

**Please note: Once a Right to be Forgotten process has been initiated, the account cannot be re-opened or recovered. Additionally, data subjects are not able to request the personal data of other data subjects under applicable data privacy law, and therefore we cannot provide the data for associated accounts as a result of an access request.**

*Please be aware that the username of the account will not be available for reuse for at least two years from the date the account was forgotten.*
