NEW FEATURE AVAILABLE: (This information has been shared to make you aware of a newly available feature, even though it may not apply to your existing request).
Roblox now offers a deactivation feature that allows users to deactivate their account directly from their privacy settings, without the need to contact support. Deactivation disables your user account and hides your user profile. Some information may still be visible to others, such as items you have listed in Roblox Marketplace. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging into the website.
To deactivate your user account, go to your privacy settings and select the Deactivate option under Account Deactivation and Deletion.
If you wish to fully delete your account and your information from Roblox, our support team will assist you with that request. Please read through the following information and follow the instructions below, to initiate a Right to be Forgotten request.
Please note that we require additional information in order to proceed with your request.
In order to submit a data privacy request:

Please note: Once a Right to be Forgotten process has been initiated, the account cannot be re-opened or recovered.
