Silverbrook Senior Walk- Through
We enjoyed seeing our former Seahawks now seniors. We’re so proud of them. Take a look at this short clip of their confirmation.
Silverbrook Band and Strings

Over one hundred students showed their musical talents on Tuesday evening at the SCHS Band and Strings Concert- A huge thanks to Ms. Laura Creque and Mr. Abner Mondoloka for teaching and directing our students. Your talents are unmatched.
Small Precious Lost & Found Items
Our small precious Lost and Found items need to find their home. If your child is missing any personal items—such as glasses, sunglasses, charm bracelets, keychains, hair clips, or other belongings—please remind them to check the Lost and Found in the front office.
Parents are also welcome to stop by and look through the items. We’d love to reunite these things with their owners!
Last Day of School
Our last day of school is June 11th, and we dismiss at 1:35 p.m. Please be sure someone is at home to retrieve your kindergarten student.
Medication Pick Up
The school health room is reminding parents and guardians that all medication stored in the health room must be picked up no later than the student dismissal time on the last day of school. Medication left in the health room after that time will be destroyed. It is school policy that medications must be picked up by the parent or guardian. Medication cannot be sent home with your student. If your student will be enrolled in a summer program sponsored by Fairfax County Public Schools, the existing medication authorization form(s) may be used for the summer program, but you will need to pick up the medication on the last day of school and deliver the medication and completed forms to the summer learning site on the first day of the summer program.
Medication authorization forms for next school year may be obtained from the school or online at https://www.fcps.edu/resources/student-safety-and-wellness/school-health-services. A medication authorization form is required for any medication, prescription or over-the-counter, to be kept at school. For all asthma medications, a Virginia Asthma Action Plan must be provided. If you have any questions, please contact your school health room at 703-690-5110 . Thank you for your cooperation and have a good summer.
