A Message from our Administrators
Dear Hunt Valley Community,
We are in the final stretch of this school year. This week, students participated in field day and next week, classes will have their end of year parties.
Our field day was a huge success! Thank you to all the parents/family members who volunteered to help with classes and run stations--we couldn't have done this without your support. A huge shout out to Mrs. Ross, Mr. Barbaro, Mrs. Dunne, Mrs. Huntley and Mrs. Carr for organizing this fantastic event for our students!
The last day of the school year is Wednesday, June 11, and students will be dismissed early at 2:05 pm.

- Remind your child to return all school library books and FCPS laptops.
- Check your child’s MySchoolBucks account and pay any balances.
- Pick up any medications your child has been taking at school. A parent/guardian must pick them up in person.
- Bookmark the 2025-26 school year calendar to be ready for next year.
Please contact our front office with any questions.
End of School Year MEDICATION PICK UP REMINDER:
Please plan accordingly to pick up your student’s medications! All medication must be collected on June 11, 2025 no later than 2:05pm. Any medications left in the health room after that time will be destroyed. **Per school policy-only parent/guardian may collect medication from the health room.
If your student is enrolled in an FCPS sponsored summer program-the existing medication authorization forms may be used for those programs, but it is parent/guardian responsibility to pick up the paperwork/med and transport to summer site.
If you have any questions over the summer-please don’t hesitate to contact our school nurse, Kimber Tritten, at katritten@fcps.edu
