Tip 1. Weigh in today
It's now 7 days since you started – we recommend weekly weigh-ins to track your progress. In the app, tap 'Progress' and enter your weight. Tip! Weigh in at the same time and on the same scales each week.
Weight is only one measure. We recommend you take other body measurements too, i.e. waist. Tap on 'Progress' > menu button (top right) > choose from our list of options. Record this once a month.
It's how you did across the week that counts – so check your Week View. Tap the blue button next to the diary search bar and select 'Week View'. Your green ticks need to offset any red crosses so you get a green tick for the overall week. Your aim is to use up your calorie allowance to ensure you are eating enough.
