The reporting party stated that a person that was previously trespassed was back on the property. Officers identified the suspect as Matthew Vernon,44, of No Fixed Address and obtained a warrant. Vernon was later arrested by Fairfax County Police and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Vernon has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, concealed one item and returned it when confronted, then took multiple items, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers identified the suspect and obtained warrants. Officers located the subject a short time later. Steven Tsimbidis, 53, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants for Petit Larceny and Concealing Merchandise. July 17, 2025 • 2:41 a.m. An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Carson Khadka, 25, of Oakton was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Refusal. The reporting party stated that sometime between July 16th and July 17th, persons unknown stole their motorcycle from the complex's parking garage. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. The reporting party stated that an unknown male standing outside of the business made derogatory remarks to them as they were exiting their vehicle.
