Dear North Springfield Families:
I’m excited to share with you some wonderful news about school supplies for 2025-2026. Just last week, schools were notified that Educate Fairfax, the nonprofit education foundation supporting Fairfax County Public Schools, will provide free school supplies to North Springfield Elementary School (NSES) and other FCPS schools as part of their annual Supplies for Success Campaign. Students in grades Kindergarten to Fifth Grade at NSES will receive a grade-level specific school supply kit.
Educate Fairfax partners closely with the division to advance the goals of the FCPS Strategic Plan—including student success, access, and equity. Educate Fairfax's Supplies for Success Campaign will help students start the school year equipped and ready to learn. Their goal is to help relieve the burden on families while ensuring every student begins the year strong with dignity and confidence.
