These part-time jobs come with benefits
Part-Time Jobs, Full-Time Perks
Work at one of these 18 companies
Believe it or not, you don't need to work full-time to get benefits. It's uncommon — just 26% of part-time workers had access to medical benefits in 2024 compared to 87% of full-time workers, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But there are a handful of companies that provide benefits to their part-time workers including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matches and even company-specific perks. (For instance, if you work at Disney, you get free park tickets.)
We did our research and found 18 major employers that offer their part-time workers benefits. So if you don't have full-time availability but you need full-time benefits, this list is for you. It includes companies like UPS, Starbucks, Chipotle, Walmart and of course — the Happiest Place on Earth.
