Program Integrity Rule Overview Part 1

 Description: The 2025 Program Integrity Rule is a federal regulation that strengthens Health Insurance Marketplace protections by preventing unauthorized enrollment changes, adding verification safeguards, and enhancing overall Marketplace standards. Primary rule provisions become effective August 25, 2025.

Part 1 of the Program Integrity Rule overview will cover OE dates for plan years 2026 and 2027, 150% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Special Enrollment Period (SEP) changes, and DACA eligibility.
