Hi, friends

This week, I've been leaning into any recipe that will use up tomatoes, squash or green beans from my garden in the most delicious ways. First up, I made the gorgeous tomato tart seen above. Then, I whipped up a big batch of minestrone soup using as much from my garden as possible. And I made Julius Roberts' squash lasagna. Yum!
