Try Getting There Differently in September
Car Free Day is observed on Sept. 22, but Fairfax City encourages you to try an alternative to driving alone in your car at least once in September. Convenient options for getting there differently include our fare-free CUE Bus, Metrorail, Capital Bikeshare, e-scooter, carpooling, or even walking. Sometimes getting there differently allows you to experience the city differently. Accept the challenge and have fun!
