Gulf Council to Meet in San Antonio, Texas 

August 25-28, 2025

The Gulf Council will meet at the Hilton Palacio del Rio Riverwalk from August 25-28 2025.  The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM, CDT each day.The meeting will begin with the induction of three new Council members: Brenda Ballard, Micheal Allen, and Johnny Marquez.

General public comment will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:30 PM, CDT. The Council welcomes public comment from both in-person and virtual participants. Instructions on how to join both sessions and provide comment will be located on the meetings materials webpage as soon as it’s available.
