| Zmiany dotyczące korzystania z naszych produktów podłączonych do Internetu i powiązanych |
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Chcielibyśmy poinformować Państwa o ważnej zmianie dotyczącej korzystania z naszych produktów podłączonych i powiązanych usług.
Co się zmienia?
12 września 2025 r. wejdzie w życie akt w sprawie danych (rozporządzenie (UE) 2023/2854). To nowe prawo przyznaje Państwu dodatkowe prawa (np. w zakresie dostępu) w odniesieniu do danych generowanych przez produkty podłączone do Internetu i powiązane usługi – na przykład:
- większą przejrzystość w zakresie tego, jakie dane są gromadzone przez produkt podłączony do Internetu i powiązaną usługę,
- przejrzysty dostęp do tych danych,
- możliwość udostępniania tych danych stronom trzecim na żądanie.

Aby zachować zgodność z tymi przepisami, prosimy o zaakceptowanie Umowy o korzystaniu z danych, którą znajdą Państwo tutaj. Umowa o korzystaniu z danych wchodzi w życie 12 września 2025 r. Jeśli nadal korzystasz z powiązanych usług, takich jak aplikacja ViCare, ViGuide lub Vitodata, oznacza to, że akceptujesz Umowę o wykorzystaniu danych.
Jeżeli serwisują Państwo system klienta w ViGuide bez używania ViCare przez klienta, prosimy o upewnienie się, że klient zaakceptował Umowę o korzystaniu z danych. Niniejsza umowa jest niezbędna do zapewnienia stałego dostępu do takich danych za pośrednictwem ViGuide.
Co to oznacza dla Państwa?
- Umowa o korzystaniu z danych wyjaśnia między innymi, w jaki sposób przetwarzamy i chronimy dane nieosobowe generowane przez produkt podłączony do Internetu i powiązaną usługę oraz w jaki sposób udostępniamy Państwu takie dane.
- Państwa powiązane usługi, np. aplikacja ViCare lub ViGuide, będą działać jak zwykle – bez zmian w funkcjonalności.
- Jeśli korzystają Państwo z aplikacji ViCare, mogą Państwo uzyskać dostęp do swoich danych za pośrednictwem API poprzez nasz portal deweloperski.
Jeśli nie chcą Państwo zaakceptować Umowy o korzystaniu z danych, mogą Państwo usunąć swoje konto pod adresem https://account.viessmann-climatesolutions.com i/lub dla Vitodata/Vitotrol tutaj przed wejściem w życie Umowy o korzystaniu z danych.
Uwaga: Po usunięciu konta, nasze powiązane usługi – a także inne usługi zależne od Państwa danych (np. umowy o zdalną konserwację i monitorowanie) – mogą nie być już dla Państwa dostępne.

Update regarding the use of our connected
products and services
Dear User,
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the use of our connected products and related services.
What is changing?
On September 12, 2025, the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) will come into force. This new legislation gives you additional rights (e.g. regarding access) regarding the data generated by connected products and related services – for example:
- more transparency about what data is collected by a connected product and related service,
- transparent access to such data,
- the ability to share such data with third parties if you wish.

To comply with this legislation, we kindly ask you to accept the Data Use Agreement, which you find here. The Data Use Agreement will take effect on September 12, 2025. You agree to the Data Use Agreement if you continue to use your related service, such as your ViCare app, ViGuide or Vitodata, thereafter.
If you are servicing a system of your customer in ViGuide without the customer using ViCare, please make sure that the customer has accepted the Data Use Agreement. This agreement is necessary to ensure continued access to such data via ViGuide.
What does this mean for you?
- The Data Use Agreement explains, among other things, how we process and protect non-personal data generated by a connected product and related service, and how we make such data available to you.
- Your related services, e.g. the ViCare app or ViGuide, will continue to work as usual – no changes to functionality.
- If you’re using the ViCare app, you can access your data via API through our Developer Portal.
If you prefer not to accept the Data Use Agreement, you can delete your account at https://account.viessmann-climatesolutions.com and/or for Vitodata/Vitotrol here before the Data Use Agreement comes into effect.
Please note: Once you delete your account, our related services - as well as other services that rely on your data (e.g. maintenance and monitoring contracts) - may no longer be available to you.
