Hello friendlies! It's Friday!
My love of thick-cut, juicy red garden tomatoes is raging and I'm not going to waste a day not eating one because before I know it, the first killer frost will descend upon my garden and nuke my juicy little orbs.
This avo caprese sandwich is just one of my regular devotions (I switch off between cottage cheese and fresh mozz), and is so good on warm toasty sourdough rubbed with a bit fresh garlic and topped with a spinkling of crunchy sea salt.
