My love of thick-cut, juicy red garden tomatoes is raging and I'm not going to waste a day not eating one because before I know it, the first killer frost will descend upon my garden and nuke my juicy little orbs.

​This avo caprese sandwich is just one of my regular devotions (I switch off between cottage cheese and fresh mozz), and is so good on warm toasty sourdough rubbed with a bit fresh garlic and topped with a spinkling of crunchy sea salt.
