Description: This webinar will review the conflict-of-interest requirements that apply to Assisters in the Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM). We will explain how assisters should comply with these requirements and provide some scenarios for assisters to consider as they engage in consumer outreach and enrollment.
Tips for Assisters on Working with Outside Organizations
Description: This presentation will provide tips for assisters on working with outside organizations as part of their outreach plans. This presentation will review specific requirements, guidelines, and best practices for assisters in the FFMs on how to provide certain kinds of referrals and collaborate with other organizations as part of their outreach and enrollment assistance efforts.
