Asking 'what is the best diet?' is like asking 'what is the best vehicle?'
If you have kids, a minivan makes sense. For sporty Sunday drives, a Porsche. If you have the budget.
Same deal with your food.
It doesn't matter what's optimal, if you can't stick to it.
It doesn't matter that you're doing keto, if you're eating too many calories.
See where I'm coming from?
But no matter what vehicle you buy, you want reliability.
It has to go from place to place without exploding.
When it comes to the meals you choose, reliability matters too...
can you stick with this for more than a week?
does it help you eat the right amount of calories?
are you getting enough protein to support muscle growth?
is there a good chunk of fiber in there to keep you healthy and regular?
If you're ticking those boxes the majority of the time, not much else matters.
You can have pizza. You can have desserts. You can enjoy life.
Stop shopping for sports cars when you need a 7-seater.
Start by getting consistent first.
You can get fancy later.

The food choices section will show you how I helped my client Alex hit 15% body fat in his mid-forties.
