Important Spring Dates to put on your calendar:
- 1/27/2026: Virtual Meet the Spring Coaches Night at 6pm
- 2/6/2026: Spring Athletes- Meeting during Flex Friday: 9:40-10:20am in Russell Theater
- 2/23/2026: Spring Tryouts
- 3/5/2026: Spring Rambilee
- 3/6/2026: FanQuest
Specific Information to follow!
New VHSL Policy:
- Physicals are now valid for 14 months from the date of completion.
Arbiter Reminder System:
- You will receive automated reminder emails from Arbiter when your student’s physical is approaching expiration.
- These reminders will be sent at 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 week(s) before expiration, as well as 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 day(s) prior.
- These emails are not spam—please check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you don’t miss them.
Why this matters: We have had situations where student-athletes became ineligible during the season because their physical expired. Please be aware of when your student’s physical was completed and take action before it expires to avoid any disruptions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for helping us keep our student-athletes eligible and safe.
