Officers responded for the report of an embezzlement. The reporting party stated that an employee embezzled from the business on multiple occasions. Makayla Watson, 26, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Embezzlement. Watson was held on an unsecured bond. (2026-0506)


Unauthorized Use Arrest

Main Street and West Street

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Washington, DC, and conducted a stop. Demargeo Chambers, 28, of Washington, DC, was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle. Chambers was released on an unsecured bond. (2026-0507)

The subjects were located nearby. Elmer Argueta Cedillo, 24, of Falls Church and Emerson Figuero Valladares, 23, of No Fixed Address were issued Virginia Uniform Summonses for Petit Larceny and informed of their court dates. Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated an unknown female subject was sleeping inside the business. Officers located the subject inside and knew her from previous encounters. The subject had been trespassed from the property. Michelle Feldbauder, 56, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Trespassing. Feldbauder was held on a secured bond. Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated an unknown male subject inside the building who needed to be trespassed. Trespassing Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that a female subject refused to leave the business when told to do so. The subject left the business when told to do so by officers, but returned to the business a short time later. Fatu Bangoura, 40, of No Fixed Address was arrested for trespassing and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Bangoura was held without bond. (2026-0621)

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that a male subject made several threats to harm them when asked to leave the property. The victim declined prosecution. There is no further information at this time. (2026-0671)


DUI Arrest

Armstrong Street and Chain Bridge Road

January 16, 2026 • 9:17 p.m.

Officers responded for a report of a vehicle accident. When officers arrived on the scene, witnesses indicated that one of the involved parties appeared to be intoxicated. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Zachary Stevenson, 26, of West Berlin, NJ, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence. Stevenson was held on an unsecured bond. January 18, 2026 • 5:02 p.m.
