Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Washington, DC, and conducted a stop. Demargeo Chambers, 28, of Washington, DC, was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle.
