On March 11, the world-renowned New Nordic chef René Redzepi is set to kick off his latest residency: a sold-out, $1,500-per-person dinner series in Los Angeles inspired by his Copenhagen restaurant Noma. The impending series and Mr. Redzepi’s continuing success have prompted an outcry from former employees of Noma. Julia Moskin interviewed 35 who said Mr. Redzepi inflicted physical and psychological violence on the staff for years.
