Today: everything our style expert loved (and didn’t) from Costco’s clothing collection. Plus …

The best women’s clothes Costco has to offer

Costco may be known for its affordable vodka and cheap cotton sheets, but Kirkland Signature, the store’s in-house brand, makes some surprisingly sophisticated clothes, too. After two weeks of wearing, styling, and dissecting seven pieces from their current collection, our expert found a few pieces that she’d happily wear again, including a nostalgic pair of jeans that feel soft and light.

Plus: Everything we liked from Costco’s men’s line

Yep, we tried all of the available clothing in the men’s section, too. Several items stood out, including their comfortable cotton boxer briefs, cozy wool socks, and a ready-to-wear dress shirt.

This hybrid mattress has been beloved by our testers since 2018, because it offers that dreamy middle ground between body-hugging foam and bouncy innerspring. Our testers found it comfortable and supportive — no matter what position they slept in.

One last thing: A very good T-shirt

NYT Wirecutter

Writer Alexander Aciman wasn’t expecting to love the random T-shirt he panic-bought from a Midwestern frozen-custard shop. But when he put it on, he was struck by the way the lush, almost buttery cotton draped over his shoulders. And? These shirts are only about $11 a pop.

“Possibly the greatest T-shirt known to man”
