CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I had a chance to test that route yesterday, and I think the earlier train is still the better option if the weather stays mild.
I ran into a long wait near the station later in the day, so leaving sooner felt much easier and a lot less rushed.
I would pack a light sweater because the breeze picked up once the sun dropped, even though the morning was pretty comfortable.
I also found a small café across the street with surprisingly good sandwiches, so that could be useful if you need a quick stop.
On timing, I would probably aim to arrive fifteen minutes ahead instead of cutting it close, since the entrance was busier than I expected.
I can send over the little list I made if that helps, because I wrote down the shortcuts that made the walk much simpler.
The good news is that the whole outing felt manageable once I got there, and a few small changes made the day go much more smoothly.

I went ahead and tried the sketching exercise you mentioned, and it turned out to be a relaxing break in the middle of the afternoon.
I started with simple shapes because anything more detailed felt too ambitious, and that actually made it easier to keep going.
After a while, I noticed I was paying closer attention to little patterns around me, like leaves, windows, and the way shadows fall on the ground.
It did not become perfect or polished, but that stopped mattering once I treated it as practice instead of a performance.
I think the part I liked most was how quiet my mind felt for a little while, which is something I have been missing lately.
If you want, next time we can do a short session together and compare notes on what felt natural, because I think that would make it even more enjoyable.
I am definitely going to keep at it.
