Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing. We ended up pushing the meeting back to Thursday because half the team was out sick. Honestly it worked out better since we had more time to prep the deck. I think the final version turned out pretty solid especially after we reorganized the early slides. Anyway let me know if you want me to send over the revised agenda before then.

I also checked with Sarah about the weekend and she said the cabin is available if we still want to book it. The weather forecast looks decent for that stretch so it might be worth locking it in soon before someone else grabs it. Just need a headcount by Tuesday so she can stock up on supplies.

Oh and thanks for the recommendation on that podcast series. I started it on my commute this morning and it's really well produced. The interviews are surprisingly in-depth for that kind of format. I'm already three episodes in.

You know I was looking at the photos from the reunion and I can't believe how much everyone has changed. The group shot by the lake came out really clear even with the afternoon sun. I think that was the best spot we could have picked for the gathering. The picnic area had plenty of shade and the kids loved running around near the water.

Speaking of which I finally dug out that old cookbook you lent me last spring. The sourdough starter instructions are way more detailed than I expected. I tried the basic loaf last weekend and it actually came out edible which was a nice surprise. I'll send you a photo of the crumb structure if you want to weigh in on whether I'm doing it right.

Let me know if you want to catch up over coffee this week. I should have some free time Wednesday afternoon if that works for you.
