VA Augusta Health Care System is now mailing postcards that open to reveal appointment details, including cancellations. Watch for these reminders in your mail, and be sure to open the postcard to see the important information inside.

(Note: These postcards replace the traditional appointment letters and won't be mailed out for appointments made or cancelled less than 10 days from the date of the appointment).


 

Job Fair VA Augusta

Job-seeking Veterans and spouses, save the date! On Aug. 26, VA Augusta will host a Veterans Job Fair. Veterans experiencing homelessness are highly encouraged to come out: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 26, in Room 3B-125 at the Uptown VA campus at 1 Freedom Way in Augusta. Statesboro Stand Down Augusta

Save the date, Statesboro-area Veterans!

Join VA Augusta for a Stand Down for Veterans at the American Legion Dexter Allen Post 90 at 100 Rucker Lane in Statesboro from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Sep. 18. The resource fair and claims clinic will feature VA Benefits Regional Office Reps, VA Registration and IDs, Military Environment Health, VA and Community Resources & Housing Support, Veterans Justice Outreach (VJO), and a free lunch.
