The CAHPS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey Database will be open for data submission between Aug. 3 and Aug. 21, 2026. State agencies and managed care plans that administered the survey between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025, are invited to submit their data. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
Participating organizations will receive feedback reports comparing their results with aggregated, de-identified results from all contributors.
The following survey versions are eligible for submission:
- Adult HCBS CAHPS Survey 1.0
- Adult HCBS CAHPS Survey 1.0 with the Supplemental Employment Module
Submitters are encouraged to download and complete the Data Use Agreement prior to Aug. 3. All data and related materials must be submitted by Aug. 21.
