Midlife isn't the end. It's the invitation.

Dear Iza,

The other day, I was having a conversation with a new friend about how different this chapter of our lives is compared to what it was for our mothers.

Think about it...

We have access to things they never did. Better healthcare. Hormones. Peptides. Incredible technology. We know so much more about how to stay healthy, energetic, and vibrant for decades longer.

But I think the biggest difference is this.

For many of us, we're no longer defined by the roles we've spent so many years playing.

The children have grown up. Careers are changing. Relationships evolve. And for the first time in a long time, we have permission to ask ourselves;

What do I want now?

A lot of women ask themselves, "Who am I?"

But I don't think that's the most empowering question.

I believe the better question is:

"Who do I want to become?"

Because that's a question filled with possibility.

The women I speak to aren't looking to start over.

They're looking to trust themselves again.

To feel joyful instead of just responsible.

To experience freedom instead of obligation.

To create something meaningful with everything they've learned over the years.

And honestly...

I think we're perfectly positioned to do exactly that.

We're wiser.

We're more resilient.

And we finally have the opportunity to create this next chapter intentionally instead of simply reacting to life.

So I'm curious...

Have you been asking yourself these kinds of questions lately?

To creating your next amazing chapter,

P.S. If you're feeling that quiet pull toward something more, I think you'll love what my friend Dr. Claire Zammit has created. She's bringing together 15 of the world's leading coaching experts for a free global virtual event, The Woman-Centered Coaching Symposium: The Future of Coaching is Female, happening July 31st - August 3rd. Whether you're curious about coaching as a career or simply want to discover what's possible for your own next chapter, I think you'll find it incredibly inspiring.
