I'm going to start coming to the morning session instead of the evening one. My work hours changed a couple weeks ago, so I get off at 4 PM now, and the 6 PM meeting has been hard to make on time. I talked to Sam about it yesterday, and he said the morning group meets at 8:30 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That works better for me. I'll be there tomorrow at 8:30. I know a few people from the evening group also go to the morning one, so I won't be starting from scratch. I'll still come to the evening meeting on the first Friday of each month if I can, just to see everyone. But for now, the regular plan is mornings.
