I was thinking we could do it at the cafe around the corner from the main office around ten thirty because the back room has that big table and it is usually quieter in there before the lunch crowd shows up. We should probably bring notebooks and maybe print out the last two versions of the proposal so we can mark them up side by side. Did you get a chance to look at the revised outline for the workshop on Tuesday? I made a few changes to the second half after talking with Priya. She thought the pacing was a little uneven and suggested we move the practical exercise up before the break instead of after. That makes sense to me because people tend to lose focus after lunch anyway and having the hands on part earlier might keep their attention better. I also swapped out one of the opening icebreakers for something less awkward. The new one just asks people to share their favorite way to reset after a long week which feels easier. For the afternoon block I added a short recap segment where each small group can summarize one takeaway in a single sentence. We can write those on sticky notes and stick them to the whiteboard or maybe just use a shared doc projected on the screen. I think using the doc is cleaner and we will have a record for the summary email later. Could you look over the outline one more time before Monday and let me know if anything feels rushed or too slow. I want to leave about ten minutes at the end for open questions and maybe a quick feedback poll. If we keep the whole thing under ninety minutes that would be ideal since people have to get back to their desks.
