I finally got around to reorganizing the pantry shelves this weekend, and honestly it made the whole kitchen feel twice as big. The jars are labeled, the spices are grouped, and I even found a bag of lentils I forgot about. Next up is sorting through the winter coats in the hall closet, which is less exciting but has to get done. The weather turned cool again so I guess the timing works out anyway.
I also tried that new coffee shop near the library and the cold brew was surprisingly smooth. Not too sweet, just right. Might stop there again on Thursday after the team meeting.
Anyway, hope your week is moving along nicely and you get a chance to rest a bit between everything else.
